What is the New York City Environmental Quality Review (CEQR) Process?
CEQR is a review process that assesses the potential impact of development projects (and other actions) on natural and built environmental resources within New York City. A full description of CEQR can be found here: New York City Environmental Quality Review - CEQR Basics
What is AutoCEQR?
AutoCEQR is a platform that ingests publicly available data and user-provided project inputs (e.g., BBL(s), Building Height, etc.) and returns standard analyses, data and maps as required by the CEQR Technical Manual. These products are professionally developed and report-ready.
Why use the AutoCEQR Platform?
The AutoCEQR team recognized that environmental consulting projects within New York City navigating the CEQR process require standardized analyses, data and reports that rely on spatial data analysis tools. Through leveraging programmatic automation tools, the AutoCEQR team works to reduce manual analyses, data and map production. Time spent on these tasks is shortened from weeks of work to a few minutes. By using these programmed automation tools AutoCEQR ensures:
Up-to-date Data
Our datasets are updated daily from publicly available sources. This ensures the product you receive has the most current data.
Accurate Analyses
Analysis methodologies prescribed in the CEQR Technical Manual are coded into our software. This eliminates human error and standardizes output.
Time/Cost Savings
The tasks the AutoCEQR platform automates may take a team of planners several hours, days or weeks to do manually - depending on the size and scope of the project. For a flat fee you can complete these tasks in less than 30 minutes in a professional and ready-to-use format.* Integrate AutoCEQR into your workflow for significant time and cost savings.
* AutoCEQR reserves the right for up to 24 hour delivery window
